The Mental Operating System (MOS) is the hidden framework your mind uses to process information, filter inputs, and decide how you act. Every moment, your MOS receives signals from your environment and your internal world, runs them through beliefs and learned scripts, and produces behaviours. These behaviours create feedback, which the MOS uses to update or reinforce its code. As the Operator, you can observe, influence, and override the MOS shaping the scripts it runs and directing your life with intention rather than autopilot.
